Buyers can be pre-qualified without delay by our REMAX onsite Mortgage Centre. REMAX saves you time, via our on-line services linking directly with a Mortgage Centre representative who will handle the mortgage-shopping process.
Legal Fees: Typically is around $1,000.00 plus disbursements. A Real Estate lawyer can provide you with details.
Real Estate Commission: + HST on commission.
Discharge of Mortgage: May be a penalty of three months' interest, the interest differential between the old and new mortgage for the balance of the term, or a combination of the above. Check with your lending institution.
The Move: May vary depending on your choice of movers (i.e. professional movers or packing yourself). Costs will be approximately $500 to $2,000.
